I printed the sheet onto glossy Crafty Bob paper and then cut out all the pieces. I scored and folded in half an A4 sheet of white cardstock that's pre-embossed with stars.

I used ultra tacky double sided tape to attach the base image to the card front and then used 1mm deep, double sided foam tape to attach the corner stacker layers in order.

I took a gold glitter gel pen and coloured in some of the embossed stars on the base card and the shooting star tail on the base image.

I also used the same pen to write "Penblwydd Hapus" - which is Welsh for "Happy Birthday" - onto the card.

The little topper was stuck onto the back of the card with the ultra tacky tape.
