These 3D fan stackers are in a hand fan design, based on the oriental hourglass fan, with my own twist.
These are very easy to cut and very effective for your cards or projects.
Simply cut out and using your foam or silicone glue, layer the numbered stacker layers on top of each other and
finish the design at the top of the handle with the bow.

I mounted the base layer of the fan on to a black embossed matt silver DL card, then the remaining layers were shaped and added using pinflair glue, along with the bow.
I then added a little oriental picture and peel off symbol to finish.
