I have designed this decoupage topper as a stacker in the scallop shape with a deco style top. I have designed this concept to build a 3d front to your cards. The topper measures 6in x 5.5in.
Simply cut out the base and attach to your project/card then cut out the deco sections and match up to the base using 3d foam or silicone to attach.

Printed on good qualty photo paper cutout and layered onto a rich purple embossed backing then onto a white card added gold corners with tiny pink butterflies stunning when complete.
