I have designed this decoupage topper as a stacker in the scallop shape with a deco style top. I have designed this concept to build a 3d front to your cards. The topper measures 6in x 5.5in.
Simply cut out the base and attach to your project/card then cut out the deco sections and match up to the base using 3d foam or silicone to attach.

I attached the base image to a white square card, then I cut around the design, on both sides of the card, to give a perfect scalloped shaped card.
Then I added the fan shapes, using foam pads. To finish, I added a sentiment, two butterflies and a dragonfly.
