I have designed this decoupage topper as a stacker in the scallop shape with a deco style top. I have designed this concept to build a 3d front to your cards. The topper measures 6in x 5.5in.
Simply cut out the base and attach to your project/card then cut out the deco sections and match up to the base using 3d foam or silicone to attach.

I printed this on to lightweight card, cut out and layered all elements. Placed some white lacy, glittered paper on to a gold linen square card, and added my topper. Embellished with red beads and a red satin bow. These toppers make absolutely beautiful, sumptuous cards.
