I printed this out onto good quality card,cut out the elements, stuck the base of the design to a pearlised card blank, then i stacked the design up as meant and added green bows and the greeting with glue gel, to finish i added glitter to the dots on the dress and glossy accents to the shoes and teddy's nose.
