I have designed this sheet as a scalloped side by side stacker, it is sized at 5inch square and has a base image and layers to use on top, use your 3D foam or silicone glue to build up the design for your card.

I then matted the assembled design onto a piece of matte silver backing paper with double-sided tape, then matted again onto a piece of deep purple card and attached the whole design to a plain white 6"x6" card.
Finished off with a silver wavy border sticker around the edges of the purple backing card and added a happy Birthday greeting across the top.
