Printed onto matte photo paper, then cut out all the stacker pieces and assembled using 2mm foam dots. I then matted the assembled design onto a piece of matte silver backing paper with double-sided tape, then matted again onto a piece of deep purple card and attached the whole design to a plain white 6"x6" card.

Finished off with a silver wavy border sticker around the edges of the purple backing card and added a happy Birthday greeting across the top.

A very elegant card that any lady would appreciate.
