I have designed this decoupage topper as a stacker in the scallop shape with a deco style top. I have designed this concept to build a 3d front to your cards. The topper measures 6in x 5.5in.
Simply cut out the base and attach to your project/card then cut out the deco sections and match up to the base using 3d foam or silicone to attach.

I printed this sheet onto good quality photo paper and cut out all the parts. I attached the main image to a card blank and added the layers with foam pads. I also added corners.
