Plum Ivy Leaf 80 Today Cup Scallop Deco Stacker

I have designed this decoupage topper as a stacker in the scallop shape with a deco style top. I have designed this concept to build a 3d front to your cards.

Simply cut out the base and attach to your project/card then cut out the deco sections and match up to the base using 3d foam or silicone to attach.
