I have designed this sheet as a top and bottom stacker, it is sized at 5inch square and has a base image and layers to use on top, use your 3D foam or silicone glue to build up the design for your card.

I glued the main image to the front of a pink square card blank. I then used silicone glue to apply the stackers and finished with a gem in each corner.
