The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used a dark blue silk art card as my base. I matt and layered the topper onto pieces of silver mirri card and pale blue silk art card and attached at an angle.

I layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads. I used the greeting supplied matt and layered the same way as the topper. I used my dymo labeller, card candy and a chipboard embellishment to decorate.
