PRINTED THIS ART WORK ONTO HEAVY WHITED CARD STOCK. I CUT EVERYTHING OUT AND USED STICKY PADS FOR THE DECOUPAGE. I CUT A PIECE OF SCRAPBOOK PAPER AND GLUED IT TO A BLANK CARD FOR THE BACKGROUND. I GLUED THE DECOUPAGE ON TOP OF THE BACKGROUND.
I THEN USED ALL DIFFERENT BRANDS OF GLITTER.
