I printed the sheet onto photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I matted the main topper onto dark blue card leaving a small border all the way round then attached that to a 6" square white card.

I attached the layers using glue gel.

Once the glue was dry i added crystal glitter to the roof tops (to look like snow) and silver gems to the centre of the flowers on the corner.
