The sheet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used a blue pearlesent card as my base. I mounted the base image onto a piece of silver mirri card. I layered up the rest of the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.
To decorate I tied a piece of dark blue organza ribbon to the side and put a gem onto the star.
I sprayed the card front with silver Spray and Sparkle to finish.
