The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a purple foil card cut it to a 6x6 square card. I mounted the base layer straight onto the card and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.
I used a gem and some heat set fluffy stuff to decorate. I sprayed the front with glitter spray to finish.
