PRINTED THIS ART WORK ON WHITE CARD STOCK. I CUT IT OUT AND USED STICKY PADS. I LINED IT WITH BLUE METALLIC PAPER. I USED SCRAPBOOK PAPER FOR THE BACK GROUND. GLUED THAT TO A BLANK CARD. THEN THE DOG ON TOP OF THAT. I USED FLOCK FOR THE HAT.
