I PRINTED THIS DECOUPAGE ON TO WHITE CARD STOCK. I CUT IT OUT AND ASSEMBLED IT WITH STICKY PADS. I THEN FOUND A BACKGROUND THAT WOULD GO GOOD WITH IT. CUT THAT TO FIT THE BLANK CARD THEN I GLUED THE DECOUPAGE TO THAT.
