This design is from my original wavy and swirvey side stacker that I created a while ago that has been popular as it is a great look for your cards, however this is for the top and bottom of the card.
Simply cut out your layers and using 3D foam or silicone glue build the image up.

I printed this design out and cut out the elements. I used an ivory metallic card for my base . I punched out a white paper lace border and layed my layered design onto the lace.
Some little pearl diamentes on the corner and a black rub off greeting finishes my card.
