This design is from my original wavy and swirvey side stacker that I created a while ago that has been popular as it is a great look for your cards, however this is for the top and bottom of the card.
Simply cut out your layers and using 3D foam or silicone glue build the image up.

I printed and cut out,I then formed a card from pale blue pearl card and added the base design then built the decoupage with foam pads,I finished with a bow and pearl to the center and gold peel offs to the base corners.Makes a quick and easy but very effective card.
