I made a 6 x 6 acetate front card then printed the images onto a good quality photographic paper. Using double sided tape I attached the main image to the inside of the card.

Using velum adhesive I attached the largest of the scalloped images to the bottom left hand corner of the acetate.

Then using 2mm foam pads I decoupaged the remainder of the scallops. I then punched an eyelet hole through both the acetate and card but left the hole 'rough' ' (I didn't use an eyelet as this would have shown through the acetate) and added a ribbon.

I finished off be added some peel off borders and words to the acetate.
