I made a 6x6 square card from orange cardstock and scored from bottom left corner to top right corner to make a twisted easel. I printed the sheet onto 220gsm glossy photo pape and matted and layered this onto black glitter card, I adhered this to the bottom right triangle of the easel (making sure no adhesive is on the top left triangle)

I decoupaged the topper using a silicone glue gel.

I used the small complete image from the sheet to create a tag which i stuck to the inside of the card behind the fold. I made a stopper from matching card with a strip of ribbon attached and then adhered two felt flowers to each end.
