The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I created a 6x6 square card using black silk art card. I mounted the topper onto a piece of black/gold effect paper and layered the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

I used a gold ribbon and a Sakura clear stardust pen to decorate.
