The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a white 6x6 textured card blank as my base. I mounted the topper onto a piece of purple pearlesent card and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

I used a purple organza bow, Sakura clear stardust pen and purple ribbon to decorate.
