The sheet was printed onto supersmooth paper. I used a black star foiled card as my base. I mounted the base image onto a piece of silver mirri card. I layered up the rest of the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

I tied a black satin ribbon with a tag onto the side of the card to finish.
