The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a 6x6 white textured finish square card blank. I mounted the topper onto a piece of silver mirri card and layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads.
I used ribbon and a Sakura clear stardust pen to decorate.
