I printed the sheet on to slightly textured card, cut out and attached the base image to white cardstock with dst.

I decoupaged the corners and attached fancy peel off edges in black.

I attached the "countdown" with sticky pads and put a black jewel on each of the four corners. This is a simple card to make and it is very effective and fun.
