The seet was printed onto a satin finish photo paper. I used a pastel pink hammer finish card as my base. I mounted the base image onto a piece of pink glitter card. I layered up the remaining decoupage using 1mm foam pads.

I tied a pink dotty organza bow to the bottom of the card to finish
