I printed this sheet out on good quality cardstock =did the pyramid with 3D dotz and DST.
I added peel off sticker lines from Starform on the lines around the image = DST the whole thing to a white folded piece of cardstock & added GET WELL SOON to the bottom of the card.
It is a 5 1/2" X 8 1/2" card.
