The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a white 6x6 hamer finish card blank as my base.

I attached a piece of distressed spotty paper to the front and mounted the topper onto a piece of orange card and a piece of red card and attached to the front.

I layered up the decoupage using 1mm foam pads. I used card candy and a sentiment to decorate.
