An A4 sheet was printed with Champagne glasses and purple hearts backing paper and the word 'Congratulations', then folded.

I used 1mm double sided foam pads, which gave enough depth to the stack, then added the finished square to purple hand made card. This was then stuck on the front of the card and a couple of gold hearts added at the top corners.
