I printed the sheet and cut out the various elements. I used CUP 76131_376 to cover a 5" square card and folded the top right corner back and glued it in place.

I glued the various layers together to produce the invertage and fixed it onto the folded back part.

I then used more of the backing paper to cover in inside of the card.
