I printed the sheet onto smooth white card. I cut out the images and mounted the main one onto pale blue card and then onto my card base with double sided tape.
I added the extra images with foam pads for a 3D effect.
I drew a stitched effect with a white pen around the backing card and added glitter to the lace. I have saved enough extra images from this sheet to make another card topper. Great value.
