I love the different finish the wavy edges gives to this card.

I printed the design on matte photo paper, cut out the pieces (numbering them on the back to ensure they went together in order), went around all the black edges with a black marker, then layered them using foam squares.

I matted the completed design to a darker blue piece which I also outlined with black marker. I then flat stuck this to my base card. I finished with various blue droplet stickers.
