I have printed out the design, and cut the simple pieces out. I have layered together using a thin double sided foam tape as per the designer's instructions, added a black peel off greeting and covered with a sheet of clear acetate cut to size.

Looks fantastic - like looking through a window into a real third dimension. Very easy and very effective.
