I printed out the design twice on matte photo paper so that I could take some elements from the second print out for decoupage.

I scored and folded my card and used a punch to round the corners.

Using d s tape I attached the design to my card and then foam tape for the greeting and decoupaged elements.

A very pretty design for thank you or birthday card.
