Happy Birthday 18 Step by Step

With this design after cutting out all the elements i placed the main design base in the centre of a bronze effect C5 card, then added a gold border all round the outside edges of the design, to finish i made up the design this i did using 2mm sticky pads to give some height, i then added a brown bow under the balloon, this is a terrific design, was easy to cut and make up and is stunning and very effective when done.
