Angels on HighCompleted by Hazel Pepper

I printed this sheet out and cut all of the elements out leaving a small white border around the base image.

I cut a piece of black card 1cm bigger in both directions than the base and stuck it onto an A5 card blank.

I then stuck the base down and used 2mm foam pads to layer the decoupage up.
