Ready to use A5 scalloped edge card front with 3d step by step decoupage topper finished with a ribbon wrap and a bow. Plus lots of decoupage elements and tags to add depth to your design plus a few extra bows too!
This design is also available in other coordinating colourways/designs and together they would make a great set of cards to sell at craft fairs etc.
