A Sun Shine Birthday

I printed this image onto a sheet of decoupage paper then mounted it to a sheet of yellow card,cut around the image leaving a yellow border,i then mounted this to an 8x8 scalloped card,ran a yellow ribbon,up the spine of the card and stick it just inside this will be covered with backing paper where the ribbon shows inside,decoupaged up the card front, threaded pearl buckles onto the ribbon and clear gems finished with an organza bow.
