I printed the sheet onto matte photo paper, then added the base layer of the decoupage onto a piece of card to make it stronger to stand up on my card, i then cut out the shape of the base piece, cut out all the other pieces and layered them using sticky foam pads.

I added clear wink of stella over parts of the picture. I made an easel card out of a full square card, and one piece from another square card. It took about 30 minutes to hand cut all the pieces and layer up.
