Copied to premium. glossy paper and cut out all the elements. Used d.s.t to matt to a pale bluue card. I used silicone glue and foam pads to build up the decoupage.I added blue pearl flowers on the center of the flowers and dotted blue and small diamante gems around.
Matted to deep blue card. What an elegant card to delight the receiver, so rich. I love it.
