Printed onto Professional Glossy photographic paper.I cut out the design and elements of the decoupage, then adhered the design onto some scalloped edge high quality card stock using ds tape.

I built the decoupage pieces using 3D foam pads between the layers to add dimension.

I added two pearlescent hearts from my own stock to complement the finished card.
