I printed on to paper. Mounted the topper on to bright yellow card, green holographic card, then on to a white scalloped edge card. Layered all elements. Added little black sequin flowers to embellish. A lovely bright cheerful card for many occasions.
5 size matte photo paper, cut out the elements and mounted the base image as shown onto a 14.5cm.sq. card which I had covered with cup414956_1914 Dual Fire - Aqua.
I added the layers and a caption using sticky pads and finished off with gold peel off borders.
