Owl on a Fence 3D Decoupage with BowCompleted by Susan P. B.

I copied this image onto premium, glossy photo paper. Cut out all the elements and layed up using sticky pads which I doubled up down the center of the big owl's body to plump him up.

Added Happy Birthday greeting.

Mounted onto white card and then onto dusky blue card stock. I wouldn't sit on the fence about buying this design, I love it.
