Owl on a Fence 3D Decoupage with TagCompleted by Cards by Maggie

I printed out on matte photo paper. Using d s tape I matted teh base image to green Bazzill cardstock and then onto my card again using d s tape.

For the decoupage I used foam tabs. A great card for owl lovers
