Printed this design onto photo paper and cut out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of my C5 card, I then added a gold border all round the outside edges and placed a gold corner in each of the design corners, to finish I made up the design using 2mm sticky pads.

Finished my card by cutting out to corners at the top and bottom right of the card
