I printed the design twice onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 scalloped edged card landscape. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.
I cut out the body of the swan from the second printout. I snipped into the wings to give a feathery look. I attached the body to the swan using silicone glue. I added glitter to the feathers and to their reflection. I added the greeting using thin foam tape.
