Wren Birthday Decoupage

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I printed on to matte photo paper. Mounted the topper on to white card, blue card, then on to a white card. Layered all elements. Added a bow to finish. A gorgeous design, beautiful words and artwork.
