A beautiful birthday design with insert on same sheet Completed by Jean-Marie Penny

I printed this onto 120gsm pearlised paper and cut it out.

I chose a 6"x6" square card (15cms).

I stuck down the insert using a tape pen.

Again using a tape pen I stuck down the base layer centrally to the front of the card and layered up the decoupage using 3D glue gel.
